Unlike a lot of butchers we still make our own sausages from sratch, following a 80 year old family recipe passed to Alex and now handed down to Ben, these have a mild hint of chilli for that extra punch. Made daily by our butchers at our Port Pirie production site.

Expect a minimum of 16 sausages per/kg.
