Unlike a lot of butchers we still make our own sausages, following a family recipe created originally by Alex and now handed down to Ben, we add caramelised onion and just the perfect amount of mushroom. Made daily by our butchers at our Port Pirie production site.

Expect a minimum of 16 sausages per/kg.
